• After booking a birthday party, as confirmation of the reservation, you are required to pay an advance of €50 upon receiving the payment details, which will be sent to your email.
• The remaining amount is paid after the birthday party. In case of cancellation, the advance payment is non-refundable. The birthday can be rescheduled to the next available date for valid reasons, and in that case, the advance already paid will be applied to the new date.
• The birthday package includes: 2 hours of celebration, invitations, animator/coordinator, snacks and juices, Ledo cake. A bowling party additionally includes shoe rental and a competition with medals awarded to the top three players. A Laser Tag Arena party additionally includes playing equipment.
• Cancellation of an additional animator (for more than 20 children at the birthday) must be made at least 48h before the party. If not canceled or canceled on the day of the party, the additional animator will be charged.

• Arrival for the reserved birthday time is 15 minutes before the start of the event.
• The parent of the birthday child must remain near Kooglana during the celebration and be reachable at the phone number provided when booking the party.
• For safety and health reasons, parents must inform the playground staff during organization of the birthday about any child’s illnesses, allergies, disabilities…
• For children who, due to health issues, cannot consume the sweets and snacks served during the party, parents may bring sweets and/or snacks only with a receipt and declaration. According to Article 19 of the Food Act (Official Gazette 81/13) and Article 10 of the Act on Food Hygiene and Microbiological Criteria for Food (Official Gazette 81/13), which regulates the responsibilities of operators, all food operators, including those bringing food into playgrounds, must ensure that the food comes from approved or registered facilities. Food must be accompanied by appropriate documentation, including a receipt and declaration, confirming its origin and guaranteeing its safety for end consumers. This means that food cannot be homemade, but must come from controlled sources to comply with food safety regulations.
• Due to GDPR, photography of children at birthday parties is not allowed.
• We reserve the right to ask anyone who does not comply with these rules and the completed questionnaire to leave the premises.
• The staff has the right to deny access to children who, due to their age or physical build (weight, height) or any other reason, could endanger their own health and/or the health of other participants at the birthday party.

• The use of all facilities is at parental responsibility.
• Kooglana is not liable for any injuries caused by improper or careless use of equipment and toys, inappropriate clothing, or injuries caused by children to one another, consequences of consuming any food or drink, or consequences of contracting an illness, etc.
• Parents are asked not to bring children with contagious diseases into Kooglana. If staff recognize symptoms of infection in children, you will be asked to take the child out of the premises to avoid endangering the health of other children.
• Children in the amusement park are insured under a policy with an insurance company contracted by the playground.
• All users are obliged to treat the equipment with care, otherwise any damage caused by gross negligence will be charged to them.

PLAYGROUND / SPORTS COURT

• Birthday parties in the playground are organized for children aged 4 – 10 years. Children under 4 years, non-independent children, and children with developmental difficulties must be accompanied by an adult.
• Maximum child height 140 cm
• All users of the playground area must treat the equipment and toys with care, otherwise any damage caused by gross negligence will be charged to them.
• Jumping, standing, stopping, holding hands, or blocking on slides is prohibited; sliding is only allowed in a seated position with legs stretched forward. For safety reasons, only one child per trampoline field is allowed and jumping between fields is prohibited. Crawling under trampolines and climbing on the outside of the maze is also prohibited.
• Birthday parties on the sports court are organized for children aged 6 – 13 years.

BOWLING

• Birthday parties are organized for children aged 8 – 18 years.
• Bowling is played at one’s own risk.
• At youth birthday parties, a coordinator is present to explain the rules of the game, ensure safety, and manage drinks and food.
• Balls must be lifted with both hands. When picking up a ball, be careful not to pinch your fingers with incoming balls. Do not insert hands into the ball return machine. Do not lift balls above the head, place them on tables, or pile them on rails as they may fall and injure you or others. If a ball gets stuck in the gutter, inform the animator/coordinator at the party.
• Use the appropriate ball weight indicated by the numbers; ask the animator/coordinator for help. Do not use balls with finger holes that are too tight.
• Throw the balls at moderate speed and strength to avoid them slipping out of your hand and injuring you or others, or flying into the neighboring lane.
• Do not throw balls while the rack is lowered, wait until the pins appear.
• Walking on the lanes is not allowed; only bowling shoes are allowed on the approach area. The lane is oiled and walking past the foul line can cause slipping and injury.
• Only the player whose turn it is may be on the approach area; others must wait at the table. Unauthorized entry into the approach area may result in injury if the ball is thrown during a swing.

LASER TAG ARENA / PLAYSTATION

• Laser tag birthday parties are organized for children aged 9 – 18 years (minimum height 130 cm).
• For safety reasons, running, crawling, moving partitions and equipment, lying down, climbing on or leaning against obstacles is prohibited.
• Pulling, pushing, hitting, or any other physical contact with other players during the game is prohibited.
• Possible injuries due to constant activity.
• PlayStation birthday parties are organized for children aged 8 – 18 years.

By accepting these rules, users are deemed to be familiar with them, agree to them, and will comply with their provisions.
