TERMS OF USE

These Terms of Use govern the use of www.kooglana.hr and the city pages for KOOGLANA RIJEKA. They do not govern detailed rules for using physical attractions, which should be published on a separate “Rules for Using Attractions” page.

Use of website content

Website content is provided to inform users about locations, working hours, offers, prices, promotions, rules, reservation options and contact details. Personal and non-commercial use is permitted, subject to copyright and other rights.

Unauthorised copying, distribution, public disclosure, commercial use or modification of website content without prior written approval of the rights holder is prohibited.

Accuracy of information

We strive to keep website information accurate and up to date. Because working hours, offers, prices, available time slots or technical details may change, users should verify important information before visiting or making a reservation.

Reservations and forms

By submitting a contact, reservation or enquiry form, the user confirms that the submitted information is accurate and may be used to process the enquiry, reservation or requested service. Submitting a form does not by itself mean that the time slot is confirmed unless confirmation is received from Kooglana or the reservation system.

Prices and price lists

Valid price lists are published on the website and/or available at the business premises. In case of any difference between published information and the price at the moment of purchase, the user must be given a clear opportunity to verify the price and the amount charged before payment.

Written consumer complaints

Consumers may submit written complaints at the business premises, by post to Janka Polića Kamova 81a, 51000 Rijeka or by e-mail to rijeka@kooglana.hr. Receipt of a complaint is confirmed without delay, and a written response is provided no later than 15 days from receipt. Complaint records are kept on a durable medium for at least one year from receipt.

Third-party links

The website may contain links to external websites and systems such as reservation systems, maps, social media or partners. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of third parties; users access them under the third parties’ own terms.

Privacy and cookies

Personal data processing is governed by the separate Privacy Policy. Cookie use is governed by the separate “Cookies” section. These texts are not repeated in these Terms of Use.

Rules for using attractions

Use of physical facilities and attractions at KOOGLANA RIJEKA, including bowling, Happy Land igraonica, laser tag, biljar, arkadne igre, go-karts, PS5 Arena i sport field, is governed by separate attraction rules, safety notices and staff instructions.

Changes

We reserve the right to amend these Terms of Use. The current version is published on the website and applies from the date of publication unless expressly stated otherwise.
