• After reserving a birthday party slot, as a confirmation of the reservation, you are required to pay a deposit of 50 EUR upon receiving the payment details sent by email.
• The remaining amount is paid after the party. In case of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable. The party date can, for justified reasons, be rescheduled to the next suitable slot, and in that case, the already paid deposit will be valid for the new date.
• The birthday package includes: 2 hours of celebration, invitations, 2 animators, snacks and juices, Ledo cake. Bowling birthday parties additionally include shoe rental and a competition with medals for the top three players.
• Cancellation of an additional animator (more than 20 children at the party) must be made at least 48 hours before the celebration. In case of no cancellation or cancellation on the day of the party, the additional animator will be charged.

• Arrival for the reserved birthday party slot is required 15 minutes before the start.
• The birthday child’s parent must remain near the playroom during the party and be available on the phone number provided when booking the party.
• For safety and health reasons, parents are obliged to inform the playroom staff during the organization of the party about any illnesses, allergies, disabilities, etc.
• For children who, due to health reasons, cannot consume the sweets and snacks served during the party, parents may bring sweets and/or snacks exclusively with a receipt and declaration. According to Article 19 of the Food Act (Official Gazette No. 81/13) and Article 10 of the Act on Food Hygiene and Microbiological Criteria for Food (Official Gazette No. 81/13), all food business operators, including those bringing food into playrooms, are required to ensure that food comes from approved or registered establishments. The food must be accompanied by appropriate documentation, including receipt and declaration, confirming its origin and guaranteeing its safety for end consumers. This means that homemade food is not allowed; it must come from controlled sources in order to comply with food safety regulations.
• Due to GDPR, photographing children during birthday parties is not permitted.
• We reserve the right to ask anyone who does not follow these rules and the completed questionnaire to leave the premises.
• The staff has the right to deny access to the party to children who, due to their age, physical build (weight, height), or any other reason, are assessed to potentially endanger their own health and/or the health of other participants.

• Use of all facilities is at parental responsibility.
• Kooglana is not responsible for possible injuries caused by improper or careless use of equipment and toys, inappropriate clothing, injuries inflicted among children themselves, consequences of consuming any food or drinks, consequences of contagious diseases, etc.
• Parents are kindly asked not to bring children with infectious diseases into the Kooglana premises. If Kooglana staff recognizes symptoms of infection in children, you will be asked to take the child out of the premises in order not to endanger the health of other children.
• Children present in the amusement park are insured by an insurance policy contracted with an insurance company with which Kooglana has an agreement.
• All users are obliged to treat the equipment with respect; otherwise, any damage caused by gross negligence will be charged to them.
  
  

BOWLING

• Birthday parties are organized for children aged 8–18 years.
• Bowling is played at your own risk.
• At birthday parties, there is a coordinator who introduces the children to the game rules, ensures safety, and takes care of food and drinks.
• Balls must be lifted with both hands. When picking up a ball, make sure an incoming ball does not pinch your fingers. Do not put your hands inside the ball return machine. Do not lift balls above your head, place them on tables, or pile them on rails, as they can fall and injure you or others. If a ball gets stuck in the gutter, contact the animator/coordinator.
• Use an appropriate ball weight by numbers; for assistance, ask the animator/coordinator. Do not use balls with holes too tight for your fingers.
• Throw balls at a moderate speed and strength to avoid them slipping out of your hands, injuring yourself or others, or flying onto the neighboring lane.
• Do not throw balls while the ramp is lowered; wait until the pins appear.
• Walking on the lanes is not allowed. The approach area may only be entered wearing bowling shoes. The lane is oiled, and walking on it beyond the foul line may cause slipping and injury.
• Only the person whose turn it is may be on the approach area. Others must wait by the table. Entering this area without permission may result in injury if a ball slips or during a swing.

By accepting these rules, users are deemed to be familiar with them, agree with them, and will comply with their provisions.
