You can book a birthday party by visiting our center in person, filling out the online application, through the contact form, or by calling +385913000955.
After reserving a birthday party time slot, you are required to pay an advance of €50 immediately upon receiving the payment details, which will be sent to your email.
No, the advance payment is non-refundable. You are entitled to one rescheduling if you cannot attend on the agreed date.
The birthday child’s parent is required to be present at Kooglana during the celebration and must be reachable on the phone number provided when booking the party. Other parents are not required to stay nearby if their children are independent.
Before the birthday party, parents are required to inform Kooglana staff of any children’s health conditions, allergies, disabilities, food or drink intolerances, etc.
During the birthday party, photographing children is not allowed in accordance with GDPR regulations.
Of course, we want every child to feel comfortable and have fun with their friends, which also includes enjoying food. However, there are regulations we must follow. For children who, due to health reasons, cannot consume the sweets and snacks served during the birthday celebration, parents may bring sweets and/or snacks for them ONLY WITH A RECEIPT AND DECLARATION.
According to Article 19 of the Food Act (Official Gazette No. 81/13) and Article 10 of the Act on Food Hygiene and Microbiological Criteria for Food (Official Gazette No. 81/13), which sets out the responsibilities of food business operators, all operators involved in food handling – including those bringing food into play centers – are required to ensure that the food comes from approved or registered facilities. The food must be accompanied by appropriate documentation, including a receipt and declaration, which confirms the origin of the food and guarantees its safety for end consumers.
This means that food cannot come from home production, but must be from controlled sources, in order to comply with food safety regulations.
Each birthday package includes a Ledo cake, but if you wish, you can bring your own (with receipt and declaration) or arrange with your preferred pastry shop to deliver the cake to the playroom on the day of the birthday. Any cake brought by a parent must come with a receipt and declaration in accordance with the Food Act; otherwise, it cannot be accepted.
Cancellation of reservation of the additional package – bowling lanes is possible no later than 3 days before the birthday party.
In case of non-cancellation or cancellation after the specified deadline, the additional package of lanes will be charged according to the reservation, regardless of the number of children that came to the birthday party.
