WRITTEN CONSUMER COMPLAINTS

A consumer may submit a written complaint at the business premises of KOOGLANA RIJEKA, by post to Janka Polića Kamova 81a, 51000 Rijeka or by e-mail to rijeka@kooglana.hr. We will confirm receipt of the complaint without delay and reply in writing within 15 days from receipt. Complaint records are kept on a durable medium for at least one year from receipt.
