After booking your birthday date, you are required to pay a deposit of €50 as soon as you receive the payment details, which will be sent to your email.

Yes. Just like parents of children who are not independent in using the toilet, parents of children who generally require their presence for any reason—regardless of the child’s age—are also required to stay.
Before the birthday party, parents are required to inform the Playroom staff about any health conditions, allergies, disabilities, food or drink intolerances, and similar issues.

We have an area where you can host the parents with food and drinks. The reservation of the space is completely free – you only pay for the consumption.
Each birthday package includes a Ledo cake, but if you prefer, you can bring your own (with receipt and declaration) or arrange with your preferred pastry shop to deliver the cake to the playroom on the day of the birthday. Any cake arranged by the parents must come with a receipt and declaration in accordance with the Food Act; otherwise, it cannot be accepted.
Pizzas are freshly baked in Kooglana’s kitchen.

No, the deposit is non-refundable. However, you are entitled to one rescheduling if you are unable to attend the reserved date.
You can cancel the additional animator no later than the day before the birthday party. If not canceled or if canceled on the day of the party, the additional animator will be charged.
Of course – we want every child to feel comfortable and enjoy themselves with their friends, including sharing food. However, there are regulations we must follow. For children who, due to health reasons, cannot consume the cake or snacks served during the birthday celebration, parents may bring a dessert and/or snacks for them ONLY WITH A RECEIPT AND INGREDIENT DECLARATION.
According to Article 19 of the Food Act (Official Gazette No. 81/13) and Article 10 of the Act on Food Hygiene and Microbiological Criteria for Food (Official Gazette No. 81/13), which define the responsibilities of food business operators, all parties handling food – including those bringing food into playrooms – must ensure that the food comes from approved or registered establishments. The food must be accompanied by appropriate documentation, including a receipt and declaration, confirming its origin and guaranteeing its safety for end consumers.
This means that food cannot come from home production but must be sourced from controlled suppliers, in order to comply with food safety regulations.
