Note: Happy Land is an indoor amusement park (not a childcare facility), and parental presence in the amusement park area is mandatory (staying in other areas of the amusement park is also possible) – this does not apply to parents of children under 4 years old in the Soft Play area.

SOFT PLAY
A specially fenced area with features designed for children up to 4 years old (soft play, ball pits, mini slides, mini swings… for carefree play for the little ones).
Soft, didactic play elements encourage the development of motor skills and imagination, allowing children to explore and build their abilities through play.
MAZES
The mazes in the playroom give children the chance for exciting exploration and fun, whether on their own or with friends. Each passage hides new challenges such as obstacles, slides, and hidden paths, allowing for dynamic play. The mazes are designed to encourage physical activity, resourcefulness, and teamwork, with every new obstacle bringing a sense of achievement. Here, children can freely explore, develop motor skills, and play creatively.
TRAMPOLINES
Trampolines offer kids endless fun and physical activity. Jumping on them not only brings joy and laughter but also helps develop coordination and motor skills. Trampolines are the perfect place to release energy and have fun!

After booking a birthday party slot, you are required to pay an advance of €50 immediately upon receiving the payment details, which will be sent to your email.

Yes. Just like parents of children who are not independent in using the toilet, parents of children who otherwise require their presence for various reasons must also stay — regardless of the child’s age.
Before the birthday party takes place, parents are obliged to inform the Playroom staff about any illnesses, allergies, disabilities, food or drink intolerances, etc.

Of course, we definitely want the child to feel comfortable and have fun with friends, which includes consuming food, but there are regulations we must follow. For children who, due to health reasons, cannot consume sweets and snacks served during the birthday celebration, parents may bring sweets and/or snacks EXCLUSIVELY WITH A RECEIPT AND DECLARATION.
According to Article 19 of the Food Act (Official Gazette No. 81/13) and Article 10 of the Act on Food Hygiene and Microbiological Criteria for Food (Official Gazette No. 81/13), which prescribes the responsibilities of entities, all entities engaged in food business, including those who bring food into playrooms, are obliged to ensure that the food comes from approved or registered facilities. The food must be accompanied by appropriate documentation, including a receipt and declaration, confirming the origin of the food and guaranteeing its safety for end consumers.
This means that the food must not be homemade but must come from controlled sources in order to comply with food safety regulations.
You can cancel the additional animator no later than the day before the birthday party. If not canceled or canceled on the day of the birthday, the additional animator will be charged.
We have a space where you can treat the parents with food and drinks. There is no charge for reserving the space, only for the consumption.
Each birthday package includes a Ledo cake, but if you wish, you can bring your own (with receipt and declaration) or arrange with your preferred pastry shop to deliver the cake to the playroom on the day of the birthday. Every cake that parents arrange themselves must come with a receipt and declaration in accordance with the provisions of the Food Act; otherwise, it cannot be accepted. Pizzas are freshly baked from Kooglana’s kitchen.

No, the deposit is not refundable. You are entitled to one rescheduling if you cannot come on the agreed date.
Cancellation of the additional bowling lane/lanes must be done no later than the day before the birthday party. In case of no cancellation or cancellation on the day of the birthday, the additional lane will be charged.
