• After booking the birthday party slot, as confirmation of the reservation, you are required to pay a deposit of 50 EUR upon receiving the payment details by email.
• The remaining balance is to be paid after the party ends. In case of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable. For justified reasons, the party can be rescheduled to the next available date, in which case the deposit will be transferred to the new date.
• The birthday package includes: 2 hours of celebration, invitations, an animator/host, snacks and soft drinks, and a Ledo cake. Bowling celebrations also include shoe rental and a competition with medals awarded to the top three players. Laser Tag Arena celebrations also include game equipment.
• Cancellation of an additional animator (for more than 20 children at the party) must be done at least 48 hours before the party. If not cancelled or cancelled on the day of the party, the additional animator will be charged.
• Cancellation of an additional bowling lane must be done at least 48 hours before the party. If not cancelled or cancelled on the day of the party, it will be charged.
• Arrival for the booked party must be 15 minutes before the scheduled time.
• The parent of the birthday child must remain near the playroom during the celebration and be available on the phone number provided when booking.
• For safety and health reasons, parents must inform staff during the organization of the party of any child’s medical conditions, allergies, disabilities, etc.
• For children who, due to health reasons, cannot consume sweets and snacks served during the celebration, parents may bring their own sweets and/or snacks only with a receipt and declaration. According to Article 19 of the Food Act (Official Gazette No. 81/13) and Article 10 of the Food Hygiene and Microbiological Criteria for Food Act (Official Gazette No. 81/13), which regulate responsibilities of food business operators, all food must come from approved or registered facilities and must be accompanied by proper documentation, including a receipt and declaration, confirming its origin and safety. Homemade food is not permitted.
• Due to GDPR, taking photos of children during birthday parties is not allowed.
• We reserve the right to ask anyone who does not comply with these rules and the completed inquiry form to leave the premises.
• Staff have the right to deny participation to children who, due to age, build (weight, height), or any other reason, may risk their own health and/or the health of others.

• Use of all facilities is at the parents’ responsibility.
• Kooglana is not responsible for possible injuries caused by improper or careless use of equipment and toys, inappropriate clothing, injuries caused by children to one another, consequences of consuming food or drinks, or illness transmission.
• Parents are kindly asked not to bring children with contagious diseases to Kooglana. If staff recognize symptoms of illness, you will be asked to take the child out of the play area to protect the health of others.
• Children present in the amusement park are covered by an insurance policy with an insurance company contracted by the playroom.
• All users are required to treat the equipment with respect. Any damages caused by gross negligence will be charged to those responsible.
  
  

BOWLING

• Birthday celebrations are organized for children aged 8–18 years.
• Bowling is played at your own risk.
• A coordinator is present at youth birthday parties to explain game rules, ensure safety, and assist with food and drinks.
• Balls must be lifted with both hands. Be careful not to get your fingers caught by incoming balls. Do not insert hands into the ball return machine. Do not lift balls above your head, place them on tables, or pile them on the rails, as they may fall and cause injury. If a ball gets stuck in the gutter, contact the party coordinator.
• Use the appropriate ball weight indicated by numbers. Ask the coordinator for help if needed. Do not use balls with holes that are too tight for your fingers.
• Throw balls at moderate speed and strength to avoid losing control, injuring yourself or others, or sending the ball into another lane.
• Do not throw balls while the pinsetter ramp is down; wait until the pins are visible.
• Walking on the lanes is not allowed. The approach area may only be used with bowling shoes. Lanes are oiled, and walking beyond the foul line may cause falls and injuries.
• Only the player taking their turn may be on the approach. Others must wait at the table. Entering the player’s area is not allowed, as improper presence may result in injury.
  
  

LASER TAG ARENA

• Laser Tag birthday parties are organized for children aged 9–18 years (minimum height 130 cm).
• For safety reasons, running, crawling, moving barriers and equipment, lying down, climbing obstacles, or leaning on them is prohibited.
• Pulling, pushing, hitting, or any physical contact with other players during the game is prohibited.
• Injuries may occur due to continuous activity.

By accepting these rules, users acknowledge that they are familiar with them, agree to them, and will comply with their provisions.
