• After booking a birthday party slot, as confirmation of the reservation, you are required to pay an advance of at least 50 EUR upon receiving the payment details sent to your email.
• The remaining amount is paid after the birthday party. In case of cancellation, the advance payment is non-refundable. For valid reasons, the birthday can be rescheduled to the next available date, and the already paid advance will be valid for the new date.
• The birthday package includes: 2 hours of celebration, invitations, 2 animators, snacks and juices, Ledo cake. A bowling party additionally includes shoe rental and a competition with medals awarded to the top three players.
• Cancellation of an additional animator (for more than 20 children at the party) must be made at least 48h before the birthday party. If not cancelled or cancelled on the day of the party, the additional animator will be charged.
• Cancellation of an additional bowling lane – no later than 48h before the birthday party. If not cancelled or cancelled on the day of the party, the additional lane will be charged.
• Arrival for the reserved birthday time is 15 minutes before the start of the party.
• The birthday child’s parent is required to stay near the playroom during the celebration and be available on the mobile phone number provided during the reservation.
• For the safety and health of children, parents are obliged to inform the staff about any illnesses, allergies, disabilities, etc., during the organization of the birthday party.
• For children who, due to health issues, must not consume the sweets and snacks served during the birthday party, parents may bring sweets and/or snacks exclusively with a receipt and declaration. According to Article 19 of the Food Act (Official Gazette 81/13) and Article 10 of the Act on Food Hygiene and Microbiological Criteria for Food (Official Gazette 81/13), all entities engaged in food handling, including those bringing food into playrooms, must ensure that food comes from approved or registered establishments. Food must be accompanied by appropriate documentation, including a receipt and declaration, confirming the origin of the food and guaranteeing its safety for end consumers. This means that food may not come from homemade sources but must be from controlled suppliers to comply with food safety regulations.
• Due to GDPR, photographing children at birthday parties is not permitted.
• We reserve the right to ask anyone who does not comply with these rules and the completed form to leave the premises.
• Staff has the right to deny access to children they determine, due to age, physical build (weight, height), or any other reason, might endanger their own health and/or the health of other participants at the birthday party.

• Use of all facilities is at the parents’ responsibility.
• Kooglana is not responsible for possible injuries caused by improper or careless use of equipment and toys, inappropriate clothing, injuries caused by children to one another, consequences of consuming any food or drink, or illnesses contracted, etc.
• Parents are kindly asked not to bring children with contagious diseases to Kooglana. If Kooglana staff notice symptoms of illness in children, you will be asked to take the child outside to avoid endangering the health of other children.
• Children in the amusement park are covered by an insurance policy with the insurance company with which Kooglana has a contract.
• All users are required to treat the equipment with respect; otherwise, any damages caused by gross negligence will be charged to them.
  
  

BOWLING

• Birthday parties are organized for children aged 8–18 years.
• Bowling is played at your own risk.
• A coordinator is present at youth birthday parties to introduce them to the rules of the game, ensure safety, and take care of drinks and food.
• The ball should be lifted with both hands. When taking a ball, be careful not to get your fingers caught by an incoming ball. Do not insert your hands into the ball return machine. Do not lift balls above your head, place them on the table, or stack them on the rails, as they may fall and injure you or others. If a ball remains in the channel, contact the animator/coordinator at the party.
• Use the appropriate ball weight indicated by numbers; for assistance, ask the animator/coordinator. Do not use balls with finger holes that are too tight.
• Throw balls at moderate speed and force so they don’t slip out of your hand, injure you or another person, or fly onto the neighboring lane.
• Do not throw balls while the ramp is down; wait until the pins appear.
• Walking on the lanes is not allowed. You may only step onto the approach area wearing bowling shoes. The lane is oiled, and walking beyond the line may cause slipping and injury.
• Only the person taking their turn may be on the approach. Other players must wait at the table. If someone enters the playing area during a swing, they may be injured by the ball.

By accepting these rules, users are considered informed of them, agree with them, and will comply with their provisions.
